Winter hiking in Tuxertal
There are 68 km of winter hiking trails in Tux and Finkenberg, which are cleared and gritted. The winter hiking trails to the Eggalm or the Sommerberg are a challenge – you will be rewarded by ancient traditional mountain huts and panorama restaurants with Ziller Valley specialities.
If you prefer to enjoy the wonderful views without so much effort, take the cable cars up to the mountain stations. Hiking is a movement training. Muscels, tendons and ligaments are exercised, your circulation gets going. More blood is pumped around the body.
